Our Story

We’re Not Just a Travel Agency — We’re Your Local Guide

It all started with a simple belief — that every traveller deserves more than a tourist package. They deserve a genuine experience, a real connection with the land, its people, and its stories.

We are based in Jaigaon, West Bengal — the last Indian town before the Bhutan border gate. This is not just our office location; it is our advantage. We wake up every morning with Bhutan as our neighbour, and we have spent years building deep relationships with local guides, hotels, and communities across Bhutan, Darjeeling, Sikkim, Nepal, Dooars, and the Northeast.

“Every great journey begins with a single conversation. We’ve had thousands of them — and each one turned into an unforgettable trip.”

When you contact us, you are not filling a form into the void. You are starting a conversation with people who have walked the same trails, visited the same dzongs, and know the hidden tea houses that do not appear on any map.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking your Himalayan adventure with us.

Indian citizens do not require a visa to enter Bhutan. However, you will need a valid Indian passport or voter ID card. You will also need an entry permit at the border gate in Phuentsholing — right across from our Jaigaon office. Our team handles all permit paperwork for you, which is one of the biggest advantages of booking through a Jaigaon-based operator like us.

The ideal time varies by destination:

  • Bhutan: March–May (spring flowers) and September–November (crystal clear mountain views)
  • Darjeeling & Sikkim: October–December and March–May
  • Dooars Wildlife: November–April (dry season, best for safaris)
  • Nepal: October–November and March–April

We recommend avoiding monsoon (June–August) for most destinations, though Bhutan in monsoon has its own dramatic charm!

Absolutely — customisation is at the heart of what we do. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all packages. When you contact us, we have a detailed conversation about your travel style, budget, group composition, interests (adventure, culture, food, wellness), and mobility needs. Based on this, we create a fully personalised itinerary. Whether you are a budget backpacker or looking for luxury, we have options that match exactly what you are looking for.

We understand that plans can change. Our standard policy is:

  • 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus a small processing fee
  • 15–29 days before: 75% refund
  • 7–14 days before: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days: Non-refundable (hotel & permit costs already committed)

We also offer free date changes (subject to availability) if you need to reschedule rather than cancel.

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), and Cash at our Jaigaon office. We require a 30–40% advance to confirm the booking, with the balance due 7 days before departure. All payments come with a formal receipt and invoice. We do not accept full advance payment upfront — we believe in building trust first.

Yes — most packages include hotel accommodation (twin/double sharing), daily breakfast, private or shared transportation, all sightseeing as per itinerary, and local guide charges. Lunches and dinners are typically not included so you can explore local food at your own pace. A detailed inclusions/exclusions list is provided with every custom quote.

Bhutan is consistently ranked one of the safest countries in Asia for tourists. It has extremely low crime rates and locals are genuinely welcoming. Northeast India and the Himalayan hill stations are equally safe. We assign experienced local guides who know the terrain, culture, and emergency contacts in every destination. We also provide 24/7 trip support — if anything ever goes wrong, you can reach us any time.

We aim to respond to all form enquiries within 4–6 hours during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 9am–7pm). For the fastest response, WhatsApp us at +91 89440 43577 — we typically reply within 30–60 minutes. Every response comes from a real travel expert who has personally visited the destinations you are enquiring about.
